Returns Policy If for some reason you would like to return you purchase, we are more than happy to refund your money (a small charge will be made for paypal charges) or replace the item (subject to stock), under the conditions listed below. • All returns must be agreed in advance, please e-mail us within 5 days of receipt of item. • You will receive a return authorisation e-mail, goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving this e-mail, all items to be returned by recorded delivery (proof of postage). • Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging (if we suspect that the goods have been used or the conditions above have not been met, we reserve the right to return the goods without notice.
